LCI is a bankruptcy management solution provider whose database and automation software, expert services, and research help clients eliminate expensive processes in the bankruptcy lifecycle.
LCI asked Professional Punch to develop a strategy and tactics to improve their marketing campaign to increase report orders (one of their product lines) while creating a cohesive brand look and messaging to build their brand presence.
We created a graphic brand guide and marketing plan for internal and external marketing teams to follow, updated the different outdated versions of their logo, and developed several marketing pieces for them (a professional report template, rack card, tradeshow sign, postcard and brochure).
Professional Punch created much needed consistency for the LCI brand and at the client’s request, leveraging their existing design and messaging. The development of a brand standard delivered with a comprehensive brand book got the client on track.
Needing to increase exposure to a very specific niche market that they had limited success reaching through email, Professional Punch devised a plan to increase lead generation through a targeted mail campaign. Additionally we created a long term strategic marketing campaign that increased consistency resulting in more report orders.
The company’s consistency and targeted marketing efforts raised their profile and increased orders and contributed to the company’s growth. The company subsequently attracted a buyer and were acquired by Verisk, a 2.1 Billion dollar publicly traded company.
